Poor customer sevice

I came to the store to retrieve my event voucher, expecting basic assistance and professionalism. Instead, I was met with unacceptable behavior from a staff member named Thokoziso at the Money Market counter.

She was extremely rude and outright refused to assist me, claiming she did not see me in the line while I was there all along. This was both dismissive and disrespectful. I find it deeply concerning that a customer can be treated in such a manner without any attempt at courtesy or resolution.

I am not sure if this is the standard of customer service that Checkers trains its staff to provide, but if so, it is highly disappointing. There is a respectful way to address customers, and the way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate.

I left the store furious and dissatisfied. This experience reflects poorly on your brand, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously.
