This is the 3rd time I’ve bought expired food from this store

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought expired food from this store. On 13 February 2026 at 17h29 (***), I purchased a 5kg Pride Super Maize Meal. When I opened it, I found black butterflies, worms, and crawling insects inside. There was no visible expiry date on the packaging (Barcode: ***759). I went back to complain, but staff refused to assist, told me to contact Customer Care myself, and said they would not remove the product from the shelf despite seeing video proof.
