This is the 3rd time I’ve bought expired food from this store. On 13 February 2026 at 17h29 (Invoice: 0010774130226004000115), I purchased a 5kg Pride Super Maize Meal. When I opened it, I found black butterflies, worms, and crawling insects inside. There was no visible expiry date on the packaging (Barcode: 6 0023 10 010759). I went back to complain, but staff refused to assist, told me to contact Customer Care myself, and said they would not remove the product from the shelf despite seeing video proof.
Problem 1: In January 2025, after registering my son (current student), we received a Proof of Registration. Now, as my son turns 21 and remains on my Medical Aid, I need a current Proof of Registration to send to the Medical Aid. When I requested this, I was accused of committing *****, or I want the School to commit ***** (something like that). How is it *****ulent to request a current document? Can't they simply print the same document with a recent date stamp? When I was studying, my previous universities would, from time-to-time, print any of my requested information without issues, but Rosebank's Pretoria Branch has accused me of *****. If my medical aid does not accept a document printed three months ago, what should I do? I also sent my son to personally request the document, and a staff member shouted at him. Now he doesn't want to go back. Which means I should be absent from work to go negotiate for something that can be done. Problem 2: Late last year (2024), while searching for colleges, Rosebank told us that paying a deposit in 2024 and tertiary fees before February 2025 would allow us to be "Early Birds" and pay 2024 fees. We comp**** but have not been treated as promised, resulting in us spending money on airtime trying to correct the problem. Last week, my son was advised to lodge a query, but given their attitude, I'm concerned we won't be helped. We are in contact with a gentleman called Thabang. He’s the one who has been advising my boy since last year. Anything that they want they should talk to me (directly) and not victimize the student.
Thank you for your professionalism & prompt assistance. #Kwandile
Good so far. I will confirm the rest once my problem is solved
I'm struggling to get the Damage Report for the work done in repairing my garage door. Their number is 079 376 6675. Something else happened & I feel ****med, however, I'll let it go so I can move on. All I need is the Damage Report so I can claim refund from my Insurance company
