I am extremely concerned about the recent Checkers 60 delivery I received from your Silver Lakes branch

I am extremely concerned about the recent Checkers 60 delivery I received from your Silver Lakes branch. The chicken that was delivered was contaminated, unsafe, and unfit for consumption. In terms of Section 55 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, I am entitled to receive goods that are: reasonably suitable for their intended purpose, of good quality, in good working order, and free of defects, and compliant with applicable standards. The chicken supp**** to me failed to meet these requirements and posed a serious health risk. I therefore request the following: Written confirmation of corrective action to ensure such a breach does not occur again. Assurance that my complaint will be addressed urgently. Should this matter not be resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the National Consumer Commission. Sincerely, Charlene Fortuin
