Poor Customer Service

Very bad customer service at this store, the staff and management don't care about the customers, especially the senior citizens that shop there, they give the pensioners an extremely hard time when they collecting their pension payout monthly, they make these senior citizens wait long periods as they don't have enough money at the tills and the staff is not organised, it's just chaos at this store, these senior citizens are required to purchase groceries in order to collect their pensions, the staff is not customer friendly and refuse to help with issues, management does not care about the customers either, poor service, poor quality food, inadequate parking facilities.
