Bad quality food
Glenwood Pizza Hut KZN Hi there, my pizza chicken supreme was delivered to me just now, the quality and taste is very bad, the pizza base is hard and cold, hardly any cheese on the pizza and literally one piece of chicken on whole pizza, never again will I order from pizza hut. Terrible food quality

Poor Customer Service
Very bad customer service at this store, the staff and management don't care about the customers, especially the senior citizens that shop there, they give the pensioners an extremely hard time when they collecting their pension payout monthly, they make these senior citizens wait long periods as they don't have enough money at the tills and the staff is not organised, it's just chaos at this store, these senior citizens are required to purchase groceries in order to collect their pensions, the staff is not customer friendly and refuse to help with issues, management does not care about the customers either, poor service, poor quality food, inadequate parking facilities.

No customer service ethics
Very rude manager who thinks he is on a power trip, poor attitude and no customer service ethics, manager shouted and demeaned me in front of all the customers when I complained of a issue with my bicycle repair. Never have I ever experienced this at any other businesses.
