end of April, I bought pizza online to collect at Braamfontein, when I got there, I was told that there is no order, so I had to buy again. the store manager called the head office and was informed that my payment will be reversed since it was not verified. today is the 26 May 2026, and I never received my money, they are saying it's not reflecting on their side but at first, they said they can see the payment, and they need my bank statement. secondly, they said they give me pizza equivalent to the amount deducted. so why was I offered pizza if today the 26 May 2026, they conclude by saying that they didn't take my money, yet I have proof.

I genuinely don’t understand how Pizza Hut Cedar Square thinks this level of service is acceptable. I placed an order and sat waiting for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes with absolutely no communication from the store. Trying to contact them was another mission on its own. Calls kept going through the call centre, who then tried transferring me to the branch, but the store wouldn’t answer. After being bounced around multiple times, I eventually got a call from the store apologising and saying they only had one delivery driver working. I’m sorry, but operational issues should not become the customer’s problem, especially when nobody communicates anything until you start chasing people for answers. At some point you stop feeling like a customer and start feeling like an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience from Pizza Hut Cedar Square.

I am honestly still shaken after what happened at Pizza Nut. I was sitting inside my car, waiting for my friend to come back with the food we had just bought, something so normal and simple, when everything suddenly turned into a nightmare. There is no proper parking at this place, and it creates a very dangerous and chaotic environment. Cars are forced into a tight, unstructured space with no clear direction, and it feels completely unsafe. While I was sitting there, an accident happened, and it was so serious that I nearly lost my life. It’s terrifying to think that I could have died just sitting in my car, waiting for food. No one should ever be put in that kind of danger just for visiting a restaurant. I am deeply upset and honestly traumatized by this experience. Something needs to be done about the parking situation before someone actually loses their life. Please, for the sake of others, fix this.

Most pathetic service ever, had to wait more then 2 and a half hours for the pizza that I ordered online. Getting here ice cold. Will never order from pizza hut glen acres in my life again. When I phoned them they had the nerve to put the phone down in my ear. Pathetic

Last night 21/04/2026 we ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut Towers Boksburg, it took over 2 hours for the Pizza to be delivered and this is not the first disgusting experience at this branch, its always an issue!!! either the site doesn't accept payment or they take their own time to deliver!!! I am extremely disgusted!!! The driver named Patrick said he didn't know how to use the phone!!

We went into the store & purchased *THE BIG BOSS* When we arrived home it was thick based pizza with light toppings, hardly any cheese or decent amount of toppings....it was so scarcely topped that we felt ****** or cheated. We called pizza hut complaint line, they reported it to the store. They sent a guy to collect it. They asked what I expected because they offered free pizza as a recourse. I refused the free pizza because we don't take free-bies. It's Now more then 6 weeks they have not come back to us. I went to the store & spoke to the supervisor, he was arrogant & told me I can do as I please, he don't care. I want my refund & the supervisor must be disciplined seriously.

We bought a medium sized pizza at mall of the South barbecue chicken for R94.90. The pizza was so small and it tasted like they used old oil which was very unpleasant. I was very disappointed with what we got for that price.

Terrible experience with the Appleton branch. The tracking system on the web/app is completely unreliable. It showed my order as completed almost an hour before the pizza was actually delivered. When I called to follow up, I was told it was a “system error.” While I understand that technical issues can happen, this does not excuse the extremely late delivery. At 19:45, for a delivery less than 5km away, I was told the driver was “stuck in traffic,” which is simply unacceptable for such a short distance, at that hour and on a scooter. When the order finally arrived, the driver did not follow the delivery instructions. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there: - The “three flavours” pizza was incorrectly made — one flavour (Hawaiian) was only half, while another took up far more than intended, defeating the purpose of ordering variety. - The Mexicana didn't have the sauce (the best part) and was soggy, as if the dough was undercooked. - The cookie was not warm and chewy as I know it to be— instead, it was thin and crispy. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, I can’t find anything positive to say about this order. By the way, this wasn't the first bad expirience there but by far the worst and definitely not going back again. You're done making me a fool!
