We went into the store & purchased *THE BIG BOSS* When we arrived home it was thick based pizza with light toppings, hardly any cheese or decent amount of toppings....it was so scarcely topped that we felt ****** or cheated. We called pizza hut complaint line, they reported it to the store. They sent a guy to collect it. They asked what I expected because they offered free pizza as a recourse. I refused the free pizza because we don't take free-bies. It's Now more then 6 weeks they have not come back to us. I went to the store & spoke to the supervisor, he was arrogant & told me I can do as I please, he don't care. I want my refund & the supervisor must be disciplined seriously.
Owner was dismissive, abrupt, defensive, not willing to hear my complaint. After filling fuel at this garage i left. My car stalled on me because the fuel was mixed with water. Im now sitting with a repair bill. I had a machanic check everything to make sure it was only the water in the fuel that caused this problem. The owner refuses to listen or understand my complaint. In fact he accused me of sounding like a politician because i stated my case very clearly to him. He closed the door to discuss this matter any further & walked away laughing at me!!! Nb: we have drained all the fuel from the tank of my car & stored in 2 liter bottles as proof.....he totally rejected this is from his tanks.
