Terrible experience with the Appleton branch.
The tracking system on the web/app is completely unreliable. It showed my order as completed almost an hour before the pizza was actually delivered. When I called to follow up, I was told it was a “system error.” While I understand that technical issues can happen, this does not excuse the extremely late delivery.
At 19:45, for a delivery less than 5km away, I was told the driver was “stuck in traffic,” which is simply unacceptable for such a short distance, at that hour and on a scooter.
When the order finally arrived, the driver did not follow the delivery instructions. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there:
- The “three flavours” pizza was incorrectly made — one flavour (Hawaiian) was only half, while another took up far more than intended, defeating the purpose of ordering variety. - The Mexicana didn't have the sauce (the best part) and was soggy, as if the dough was undercooked. - The cookie was not warm and chewy as I know it to be— instead, it was thin and crispy.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, I can’t find anything positive to say about this order.
By the way, this wasn't the first bad expirience there but by far the worst and definitely not going back again. You're done making me a fool!
