This supposed to be a Regional Hospital, but the environment the service, everything is disgusting!! The nurses are rude they think they own the hospital, they seem to have forgotten the pledge they took as health workers. They have no care for the patients, for almost 3 weeks of going to and from this hospital I am extremely disgusted, ward 7 on 2nd floor always smells of urine and when you go into ward 7 there are mentally disturbed patients mixed with patients who are ill!! these mentally disturbed patients will harass the families of the other patients for money etc. Theres 1 male nurse whose ego is bigger then him!! if you tell him anything he will say DONT TELL US how to do our Jobs or dont give us instructions!!! MR NURSE who do you think you are!?? you are rude and vile did you forget your pledge or did you become a nurse for name sake??? Can the department of Health Please go and re evaluate this so called regional hospital!! Dr Ramatlou was extremely helpful and so was Nurse Kia and a few others but the rest were absolutely full of attitude!
Last night 21/04/2026 we ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut Towers Boksburg, it took over 2 hours for the Pizza to be delivered and this is not the first disgusting experience at this branch, its always an issue!!! either the site doesn't accept payment or they take their own time to deliver!!! I am extremely disgusted!!! The driver named Patrick said he didn't know how to use the phone!!
I ranked boodle as High but I am Disappointed, i always paid them back and my account is up to date. As of the beginning of 2026 they changed their policy and even though they send quotes this or that is an issue!!! Boodle I am extremely disappointed, as loyal customers we should have been notified that they lending / borrowing policy would be changed.
I have an order that is supposed to be delivered to me by Buffalo Logistics South Africa, i have been trying to contact them but I haven't had any success. I need to give them an instruction for delivery but the call center is useless and when i email i dont get feed back, if anyone from Buffalo Logistics SA sees this please contact me.
I was a bit skeptical and nervous when I was informed LSG Logistics would be delivering a few of my orders, after reading the reviews I got heart palpitations caused by fear but I am glad to say I received 2 successful deliveries done by LSG Logistics, the admin and driver was very helpful. On the 5th of March 2024, my sister placed an Order with Pedro's Chicken, before placing the order she checked the closing time of the Store and the app showed the restaurant is opened she placed her order for delivery a few minutes later her order gets declined The order failed reason “Time Unavailable” no one said the store was closed she then places another order for collection again the order failed The order again failed reason “Time Unavailable" both payments went off her bank account Pedros says the orders were failed cause they were closed!!!!!!!!!!!! firstly correct your operating times on the website!! my sister then contacted head office and the store, when contacting the store she was advised that they will have a look into it and both refunds will be paid we are now on the 14th March 2024 and to date nothing has been done!!! This is very ********* and I am Disgusted I mean who wouldn't be ??? money gets taken but now to give the refund back it takes forever!! Head office wont assist they refer you to an online complaints and complements for which probably is not Monitored!!!!!!!!!!! Come on PEDRO'S play FAIR!!! and as for Head Office learn to maintain the websites and monitor the complaints and compliments give proper service.
I would just like to compliment the staff at The Square Spar in Boksburg. I always shop at this store and I am always met with friendly staff, from the merchandisers to the cashiers all of them are so friendly it definitely does send positive cheer because you are welcome by such friendly faces, please keep up this wonderful attitude towards customers as it sends such a cheerful experience when you shop and its all smiley faces, yes I know retail isn't easy but I appreciate each of these staff members Well Done Team :) The Store is Thee Square Spar but these round smiley staff faces add the extra Smiles
I have been to this store on many occasions and the fruit and vegetables are all fresh etc. but today I would like to say I am disgusted by the behavior of one of the supervisors at this store, this is the second time she was rude to us and the she starts speaking in isizulu to the cashier. the first incident we bought some stuff but were paying separately and the cashier didnt hear me saying its separate!!!!!!! When this supervisor was informed she had to void the transaction she had a fit she told the cashier in a rough tone why angachelanga(why didn't they say) I found the very rude, last night 08/02/2023 we shopped at this store again and guess who was on floor duty it was the same rude obnoxious supervisor this lady thinks that she is way too perfect with her grumpy face!!!! I complemented the cashier who assisted me because although she was a trainee she must have been exhausted but she was smiling and so patient until MRS RUDENESS told her in zulu if you smile and the customers you will get left behind, this supervisor then sent the cashier away and she cashed up my purchases in a polite way I said thank you she didnt even smile or say you welcome she remained grumpy!! We all work so do i and there are days when we all go through ups and downs but taking your rudeness out on customers is unethical so please management if you read this send your staff on training as when customers come across such rude staff the stores name gets tarnished!!! she is the face of the store and if she being so rude and obnoxious this store is bound to lose clientele :( I am a very unhappy customer oh and mind you I am a friendly person I dont appreciate rude behavior.
Seat Academy the School of Horror, this school has failed in itself to provide education to students who done home schooling. To every parent who reads this post I urge you to stand with the other parents and get this school investigated. I have 2 nephews that done home schooling with this school last year 2022, My one nephew did his matric and the the other grade 10. I have seen these kids study, but how were they expected to pass when most of the time classes were cancelled or there were no teachers, as far as I know Umalusi Sets the Matric Exams so who set the Matric Final Exams for Seat Academy? Obviously something doesn't make sense if our kids were not being thought how will they pass? I have seen so many other parents complain isn't it time we take this further? The CEO of the school is not available for comment, there are so many kids who failed how can they just fail??? This school has done so many kids wrong because of their incompetence.. If there are other parents who are going through the same lets all come to agreement and take further steps these are our kids that's futures are being tempered with because of this Fly by Night Fake School.
This must be the umpteen time I have complained about UBER EATS and their incompetent drives and customer service agents!!!!!!!! Today 08/08/2022 we ordered from Chic n Atlasville via Uber eats, 10 minutes before the driver reached me his tracking went offline!!! the order was marked as complete and I never received my order!! When I called the Uber Customer care Line I was assisted by a very arrogant agent, my complaint is what is being done when the drivers dont comply and what does Uber eats do to ensure customer satisfaction?? This Company is very Unethical and their staff and drivers are not Customer Friendly... Customer is KING that's the Norm asides from refunding me in 48 Hours I want to see this incompetence being eradicated
