Non - existent service
They don’t even deserve 1 Rate from me. They are telling me that they can’t deliver in Soweto , I should meet them halfway while I paid for my parcel to be delivered at my house. Worst service ever. Even the complaint customer care. Extremely disappointed.

Shocking lack of care and customer service!!
It should be possible to give NO stars, but as there I have given one star. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, and there have been a few! I phoned on 20/06/24 to find out where my parcel was, that they received on 12/06/24. A lady said she would phone me back shortly, which didn't happen. I managed to get them on the phone, on my 18th try, today at around 12h49, only to have it confirmed that my parcel has been lost and they are 'investigating'. No apologies whatsoever, and in fact when I asked why it had taken my phone call with them to tell me. The lady got very uppity and told me "well ma'am deliver between 800 and 1000 parcels per day", as if that is MY problem!! If you can't handle your work load then don't take it on! Complete lack of care and NO customer service. Take responsibility. To top it off their website isn't operational. Doesn't hat just tell you everything about them... need I say more.

Thankful to recieve my delivery from LSG Logistics
I was a bit skeptical and nervous when I was informed LSG Logistics would be delivering a few of my orders, after reading the reviews I got heart palpitations caused by fear but I am glad to say I received 2 successful deliveries done by LSG Logistics, the admin and driver was very helpful. The worst ever
Shein has made the biggest mistake trusting their business with LSG logistics, their numbers don't go through to agent that can assist with your query, I paid for a speedy delivery but the experience is so tormenting. Other things are out of our control but I don't have peace of mind knowing that my package is with this compnay. The worst ever

Useless company.
Honestly the worst company in the world. My parcel was meant to be delivered today. They apparently attempted delivery and I didn’t answer my phone. My phone didn’t even ring. Not even once. I call them 20mins later and they say the parcel is already at warehouse. How is it back at warehouse if a “delivery attempt” was being made 20mins prior to that? Honestly full of bull. And that William person that “attempted” delivery, lies and dishonesty.

This courier service is extremely unprofessional. I was expecting a package from them and when I enquired they told me that my package was lost in transit and their driver was hijacked. The customer service lady did not care to assist me further.
