We bought a medium sized pizza at mall of the South barbecue chicken for R94.90. The pizza was so small and it tasted like they used old oil which was very unpleasant. I was very disappointed with what we got for that price.
This company is a ****. On the 21 April they send me sms saying my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours, that was after i paid the custom levies. I called them on the 25th since i tracked my parcel and saw wrong pun drop. The lady I spoke to was unbothered. She told me they gave my parcel to a guy who does not do deliveries in my area. As to why I was not told. When I call today 28th a guy named Simpiwe Mavuso told me they can't pick up my address on google maps. Noone called me. The WhatsApp number you get no response. The email also. Only when i called Simpiwe advised he can see the email but noone responded. Why do we even have to pay you Buffalo if you dont deliver. Your service is useless and you have no sense of urgency.
I made a lay bye at Edgars Cheis Hani Crossing 03 July 2021. The store was looted and my lay bye was damaged as per the sms Edgars send me. I was told they will refund the deposit in due time but since that sms Edgars sent. 2 months now I have heard nothing from Edgars. The customer service number is also not helping as they say its for accounts not laybyes. I want the money redunded and Edgars Chris Hani is still closed. Edgars is a nig company and should have made alternative means for me to get my refund.
I got an sms from Edcon saying i took an account with them and used a credit of R9499 in one of their stores. It continued to say if i did not take those i must call ********** 446. It was on Saturday 29 September 2018. The account was opened on the 27 September 2018 in Cape Town Canal Walk, im in Johannesburg. I immediately called the number. I spoke to a lady by the name of Tsholo who was no help at all. She said to me she will call the store anf and send me a dispute form. I asked by when she kept repeating herself. I called on the 4 October and spoke to Nakedi who told me i must get am affidavit and a certified copy of my ID to edgars store and they will give me a dispute form. My question is why was i not told about this by Tsholo. She gave me such an attitude when i spoke to her again.
So shoprite sontonga mall in katlehong refused to take enterprise products while other shoprite took them. They were rude and wanted till slips which obviously I didn't have. I want to know from shoprite management if this is the case and if so, why did the other shoprite took them.
<p> I have been without electricity for the past 3 days. I moved into my house in 2014 December. To my surprise my digipad inside the house for my prepaid meter was not working. I went to city of ekurhuleni Boksburg offices where I spoke to Thulani Hlatswayo. He assured me that I will get a new meter as the one I and my neighbors are having are faulty. Till today nothing has been done. All they do is come and switch off electricity whenever they feel like. I've been to Boksburg offices so many times. Now in dealing with incompetent customer care agents and technicians that never showed up. I've been out of work trying to fix this but all I get us "we will send someone to fix it" </p>

Now I'm dealing with incompetent call Centre agents who shouts at me, and technicians who never arrive. It's cold and I have 2 little girls that must go to school. I have been off work trying to fix this with no joy.</p>
