Human rights violated by the security guard at Checkmart

Today I was mistreated by the staff in Check mart, The wheel at South beach more especially the security guard who was on shift ( April 3), He accused me of stealing Wooden pax after making groceries.. I requested that they should check the video footage or scan the item to prove that it's not from the store, I was shouted and humiliated in front of everyone in the store, The stuff and the security guard are very disrespectful to customers and have zero to non customer service training. The store clearly doesn't value their customers. The man who claimed to be a the store manager came after I demanded to see the store manager he then scanned the item and confirmed it wasn't stolen this was after an intense humiliation which was uncalled for.. I feel like my rights were violated by the store and it's saddening that this is the customer service we get after paying our hard earned money.. I use that store daily and buy my groceries there however I will not be stepping my foot there I will also make sure that I take this up on all social media platforms and my friends and families will not be buying there
