Checkmart umzinto
I bought sausages ystdy frm the butchery I decided to fry it today but it's smelling and rotten. I would like to knw if the boss employed a proper manager to do they job cause at the butchery instead of working they busy talking stories I would like to ask the owner whose gonna return my money back who? They rather close the shop down checkmart in umzinto are gone to the dogs I wish if the health inspector could come take a look at the rotten meat they sell

Rotten food as per normal
Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!! I don't buy meat from that Disgusting department as the meat is always rotten from pass experiences I had management collect they rotten meat from my place as well, I will never ever trust that store not even with a strand of my hair!!!! My husband unfortunately decides to trust that store as he feels it's a community store and maybe they will change, he doesn't get it they not going to!!! They don't care about people who don't have the means of taking the rotten meat back to the store. Within a space of 2 or 3 weeks or so my husband took back rotten meat, Naushade is aware of this incident and said that this is not acceptable, however is it acceptable for the store to sell us rotten meat? I do not wish to be contacted by RAJ as I find him rather *********** when dealing with issues, I'm not sure what's his rudeness for who also made it clear to me that he will sue me. I could laugh at that. He should never threaten or speak harsh to a customer especially if the store gives us rotten meat!!! Maybe alternate and give Raj's duties to a competent area manager who will ensure he hears customers out and not get angry because we pointing out stuff it takes people like us to literally help the store become the best store ever! NOTE These are all my personal views from experiences.

Dishonesty
Good day I've been to the checkmart at inanda Square in newlands kzn. I shop regularly at the store how ever highly disappointed with the behavior on the manager Noushaad. Date is 22 June 2022 at 18:12. My concern was that I saw an item that was marked 5 x 1lt buckets for R7.99 I got to the the till and asked they refused and said he said it was a mistake. I got the pictures of the tags.but the attitude of management really will not make me want to go back to this store.please bear in in mind I did not want this for free.it is about principles that satisfies the customer.most stores have the policy about the price you see is the price you pay.im really looking forward to see how this store handles this. Human rights violated by the security guard at Checkmart
Today I was mistreated by the staff in Check mart, The wheel at South beach more especially the security guard who was on shift ( April 3), He accused me of stealing Wooden pax after making groceries.. I requested that they should check the video footage or scan the item to prove that it's not from the store, I was shouted and humiliated in front of everyone in the store, The stuff and the security guard are very disrespectful to customers and have zero to non customer service training. The store clearly doesn't value their customers. The man who claimed to be a the store manager came after I demanded to see the store manager he then scanned the item and confirmed it wasn't stolen this was after an intense humiliation which was uncalled for.. I feel like my rights were violated by the store and it's saddening that this is the customer service we get after paying our hard earned money.. I use that store daily and buy my groceries there however I will not be stepping my foot there I will also make sure that I take this up on all social media platforms and my friends and families will not be buying there
