I went to the redhill post office to get some elderly peoples cards changed to the required 1, I joined the line so I can get going with everything and call the elderly inside when we close to the front only to be told they don't do post bank???? kindly advise further because the internet tells you otherwise ? Why do you guys advertise on your website as follows: "Postbank is situated inside every Post Office nationwide, as a Postbank customer you can do your banking at any Post Office counter" Sassa is telling us this : "you can visit any South African Post Office (SAPO) branch to replace a lost or ****** SASSA card. You can also visit selected retailers to replace your SASSA Gold Card with a Postbank Black Card".
I purchased roller blinds from Makro, they gave me the incorrect size, I was not allowed to take it in store due to it being a 3rd party order and not directly from Makro, I told them that I needed my blinds intime for Christmas and to date there's no collection, the service of Makro is pathetic. I wish I knew about this 3rd party nonsense I would of just ordered from takealot they more efficient and not troublesome when you need to return items, can I urgently have management to contact me so I can get assistance with Makro's poor service.
My delivery was late I only unboxed the printer the next day and the prints was not printing good, I requested a refund I'm still awaiting collection. Game use to have standards, and I wondered why so many stores closed down. Clearly they can't keep up. Please come take your item and refund my money urgently.
I'm rather frustrated by the response I received from Checkers. They advertised 2 x 900g lancewood cheese for R129 when I queried about the items I got a response from Dylan disregarding the advertising and highlights the grams on the cheese packaging and tells me I'm reading it incorrectly yet the price and 900g are advertised on the special!!! Why is this my problem when checkers is advertising incorrectly?????? I am now insulted by their staff for the error the team caused.
Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!! I don't buy meat from that Disgusting department as the meat is always rotten from pass experiences I had management collect they rotten meat from my place as well, I will never ever trust that store not even with a strand of my hair!!!! My husband unfortunately decides to trust that store as he feels it's a community store and maybe they will change, he doesn't get it they not going to!!! They don't care about people who don't have the means of taking the rotten meat back to the store. Within a space of 2 or 3 weeks or so my husband took back rotten meat, Naushade is aware of this incident and said that this is not acceptable, however is it acceptable for the store to sell us rotten meat? I do not wish to be contacted by RAJ as I find him rather *********** when dealing with issues, I'm not sure what's his rudeness for who also made it clear to me that he will sue me. I could laugh at that. He should never threaten or speak harsh to a customer especially if the store gives us rotten meat!!! Maybe alternate and give Raj's duties to a competent area manager who will ensure he hears customers out and not get angry because we pointing out stuff it takes people like us to literally help the store become the best store ever! NOTE These are all my personal views from experiences.
I can't deal with the level of pathetic services I'm getting from parmalat!!!! I purchased rotten milk the delivery for collect already happened yet I don't have my replacement for my milk that I paid, now my kids are writing exams and they go to school hungry, I had to purchase milk from the local tuckshop for r25 everytime, why should I go through this because I've already paid for whats mine, the level of service from parmalat is just like they factory shop in durban, useless!!! SORT MY MILK OUT ASAP!!!!!
Disgusting service, I'm awaiting for someone to arrange to collect all 3 rotten cases of milk that's stinking up my home, I can't throw it out as I need evidence and the agents are so *********** they don't follow instructions. I hate parmalat!
Dear KFC. I am beyond frustrated, it's as though every tine we complain nothing ever gets done!!! Please view attachments. I placed an order at 19:01 it was due at 19:30 my food came in at 19:45 which I've accepted as they could of faced challenges in the process. I opened the meal only to find everything spilled the driver contacted his controller. The driver waited at my premises for over 30 minutes, I took initiative to contact the store and Zanele said please send him back she will give me new food, I told him he left after a few minutes. I then looked at my phone again to see what's the hold up only to realize they cancelled my order!!!!! I have a sick kid that needs to take medication and eat!!!! THE PERSON THAT CANCELLED MY ORDER IS RATHER INCOMPETENT AND SELFISH!!!! PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THIS TO FALL ON DEAF EARS , I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOUR TEAM INTERVENE'S. I HAD GO USE MY OWN RESOURCES CALLING BACK AND FORTH FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
I've purchased an air conditioning from these people and what a mess they are so unprofessional they don't keep up with time ,they inconvenience you to slot them in and they don't pitch up! When they did they made a huge mess out of everything they left my power cable outside my flat I live on the ground floor and it will be snipped soon they left such a mess the poly filler is left chunky and thick the pipes are not covered everything is just a mess! The supervisor Amaan left the site with all of these errors when I told him to fix it he pretended to move his van so the taxi could pass and the next thing he was gone. He refused to take my calls I sent all the evidence to the sales agent who was rather disgusted and upset as to what happened he then sent all the the evidence to management who said she will liaise with me the agent needs to leave it to her but never did get back to me , whenever I call to speak to Keshnie she is never available and I'm told she will contact me and she never does ,all I asked for them to come sort the pipes, cables and poly filler out and to have some comfort in knowing the company is dealing with this.the unit is not even functional 100% because I'm sure it has to do with the installation Today 19/02/2022 Carlyn the sales agent advised that he was told the installers will come pass whenever they in the area possibly in the week to tidy up, my question to him was so let's say in the interim someone cuts the cable what happens then he just ignored me! Prior to that the supervisor on the day of installation told me that I will have to sand and paint over the poly filler I said listen I am not allowed to do that the owner dosent allow us to paint the outside your team must smoothen out the poly filler as tgey filled it in with huge chunks then he said that we must cover the cables on our own because he was honestly rushing etc and then I said no that can't happen you have to do it he said okay and then he pretended to move his vehicle and the next thing he drove off. I've been back and forth trying to get help and non so ever , to the head of the entire company please make contact with me so we can resolve this issue instead of escalating constantly. Clearly someone is not doing their Job right here and I personally don't think this is what your company stands for. Tgey were due to come to me midway the day of installation CARLYN did tell me that they were struggling to get to me because the other customer refused to pay them the balance of the money they only got to me after 6pm I'm starting to wonder if this is the reason , I only wish I didn't pay in full until the job was done. I put my trust in the company and in return I am been punished
Once again I go into the store because of assurance by Raj and other team members it will be a better shopping experience but thats never the case I just normally ignore the situations but it's getting rather frustrating, I did forward the expired stuff on the shelf to Raj however as you would see on the screen shots he only responded about the promotion I asked him about it again and I also said I will notify head office he didn't respond. This is rather upsetting and frustrating you constantly asked to go back it will be better and there's always an issue. Selling expired food is a huge problem and I don't understand why nobody at checkmart takes this into consideration. How is it that the Cresent street branch is different?? This is not the first time I complained imagine a poor person purchase the item then having to come all the way back at their own cost to return the rolls worse they don't have the means to do so they end up throwing it away. No you guys are wrong I would like someone else from head office to address this matter 1 who takes this seriously and 1 who puts the customers first!! How do we support the in area stores if this always happens??
