Once again I go into the store because of assurance by Raj and other team members it will be a better shopping experience but thats never the case I just normally ignore the situations but it's getting rather frustrating, I did forward the expired stuff on the shelf to Raj however as you would see on the screen shots he only responded about the promotion I asked him about it again and I also said I will notify head office he didn't respond. This is rather upsetting and frustrating you constantly asked to go back it will be better and there's always an issue. Selling expired food is a huge problem and I don't understand why nobody at checkmart takes this into consideration. How is it that the Cresent street branch is different?? This is not the first time I complained imagine a poor person purchase the item then having to come all the way back at their own cost to return the rolls worse they don't have the means to do so they end up throwing it away. No you guys are wrong I would like someone else from head office to address this matter 1 who takes this seriously and 1 who puts the customers first!! How do we support the in area stores if this always happens?? The above is the exact email I sent to them on the below email address and no feedback what so ever it just goes to show what they think about customers complaints

I am super disappointed it's not however the 1st time but this time I will not keep quiet a cashier by the name of Nokubonga Ngcobo who served me this evening was very rude and doesn't not belong in the service industry. She was rude and doesnt not take being reprimanded in a positive way. She had a quarrel with a customer who was before me and then turned to me with not even greeting and telling me to unload my items from the basket then asked me if I want a plastic but I did not answer because she hadn't greeted wen I greeted her she was then very rude and wen I reprimanded her she then followed with a statement saying I'm stupid and drunk. This is not good for business and she doesnt belong in the front line if she will continue with her rudeness and attitude. I did how ever report this matter to a coloured lady who seemed to be the manager on duty. I would really be happy to hear from you as soon as possible.

1 star is not even worth this store !!!!! Absolutely pathetic service from checkmart inanda sqaure the 01st time I over looked the issue when I purchased chicken fillets and hine quarters that was gone bad as I took into consideration that the store had just opened , second time around the sausages was rotten the store was absolutely unhelpful I then got into contact with Raj from head office who gladly rectified my mishaps and assured me that this will never happen again I said it should never happen again to any customer for that matter with good faith here I was shopping at checkmart again only to come home and realize that the lamb pack and worse was rotten it smelled so bad I contacted Raj again and he sent someone over with my refund and they also agreed the items was bad this is rather frustrating to have to constantly have this issue, what happens if an elderly pensioner was to purchase rotten goods, unable to have the means to contact someone for help then what was she supposed to eat the rotten food or throw her money in the bin???? no man!!!! this is not fair shut the butcher down if you can keep the standers I mean if something is r100 a kilo we as a customer will have to pay for it correct? so why cant the store live up to it's standard and give us quality absolutely frustrating that I have to go to a total different butcher to replace my lamb pack and worse who is compensating me for my travel fare??
