Once again I go into the store because of assurance by Raj and other team members it will be a better shopping experience but thats never the case I just normally ignore the situations but it's getting rather frustrating, I did forward the expired stuff on the shelf to Raj however as you would see on the screen shots he only responded about the promotion I asked him about it again and I also said I will notify head office he didn't respond.
This is rather upsetting and frustrating you constantly asked to go back it will be better and there's always an issue.
Selling expired food is a huge problem and I don't understand why nobody at checkmart takes this into consideration. How is it that the Cresent street branch is different??
This is not the first time I complained imagine a poor person purchase the item then having to come all the way back at their own cost to return the rolls worse they don't have the means to do so they end up throwing it away.
No you guys are wrong I would like someone else from head office to address this matter 1 who takes this seriously and 1 who puts the customers first!!
How do we support the in area stores if this always happens??
