Extremely unprofessional and not customer-oriented. No care for property owners. Around the 1st of october we had problems with 3 water meters which were not working...after troubleshooting with kyle and others who were helpful for an ENTIRE MONTH finally in november we were told via aphiwe in sales that it will be replaced....on the 20th of november ...spoke to kimera who now says we cant replace with new meters...instead we will offer you 3 refurbished units with no guarantee so if it doesn't work thats my problem...we told them that was not what was promised and communicated to us and asked kimera to get back to us which she never did...no concern for clients...so now I'm sitting with 3 broken meters and no tenants for 3 months because water not connected....
Refer to my Dec 9 and 21st review Sent me incorrect contract, being charged for it, still waiting for it to be fixed. Despite speaking to half a dozen people and back an forth on hellopeter, no progress.

Refer to my review on 9 December. Still nothing done. Despite promises of getting back to me and sorting this out. Very bad customer service. At this rate we might have to petition MTN to reconsider who they outsourcing their business too.
I purchased an MTN 100gb x24 months for R299, I was processed and approved by the agent and received a email confirming that. When I received my sim and activated it, it was a my choice 500mb per month x 24 month sim! I called mondo and the lady said she would get back to me but never did.
Purchased from Keedo online on the 11th of November and today is the 1st of December and I have not yet received my order. This despite numerous promises to resolve the issue after calling about 10 times. Very poor customer service from a otherwise reputable store. They have my money and haven't provided the goods. If Keedo wants to grow as a business, they should not use fast and furious as a courier company, as partnership is tarnishing the Keedo brand.
