Good day. This is the second time I'm in this hospital st augustines hospital and honestly very reluctant to come because of my first visit was also a very bad experience was it not for my neurologist I would not come here. I've been booked into hospital to stay last night and do an eeg and CT scan today it's been almost 5pm nobody knows anything about it.when ask the nurses all said that it was done already. It is sad to see that there just a few nurses that actually do they job ,the rest are rude and really don't care. I'm in a ward with 3 others which 2 are in their 80's the one was in diapers and they left him to stink in his nappy until another nurse does it.this is not how you treat people.its now basically just been a wasted day that hospital gains because of the medical aid.ive lost a day because nothing has been done and nobody has answers to.
I have been diagnosed with epilepsy. I really never had a problem with delivery.we do pay for the service like any other business but this is health not food or cosmetics Attitude of call center is bad ref number Mp128199/016 medipost.i had to call medipost today being the 10/04/2024 When medipost was supposed to call me back on the 3/04/2024 Julia was so pleasant and rectified the problem that Samuel caused..and he never even return a call.. Well we just have to wait and see if my medication will arrive. I don't have meds which makes me unable to drive,work and were as I suppose to not be under stress this is making my in having a whole lot of stress.
I've been do your store in Jan's smutsĝ highway I was 4mins before the security refused to let me in.i generally deal with Auston,Carmel or raisa. I deal with this aucor for a very long time.but this incident really upsets me.i begged and pleaded for them to assist me but they refused.i bought from your Westwood branches from the time they opened. I can even so u my invoices and in store cash sales.but today I phoned from 12:56 out side of the door yet they refused I'll send screenshots but they refused. I'm they in aucur almost every week but this type of behavior to uplift a new store in really unexpected. It really is a user friendly app to use also. Ok I got back from my daily shopping I mean who would do this besides snap and save. But the great think is that it shows various other items,which sometimes (oh well most of the time) I don't put on my shopping list and this helps me personally when viewing the app I remember to get it.that there is a big help for me.now let's be honest here in this day and age we live in who doesn't want to save and get a reward back.
Racism and apartheid still exist, Smah from the gateway branch clearly proved it today. I phoned in placed my order and went to pick up, So when I arrived at the store the I asked the manager at the store she told me to stand in the pick up que, so there was a guy already in front of me, a lady comes from the side and gaps her way and I told her I'm also waiting to pay and pick up my order but smah thinks I didn't understand Zulu. If you go on your camera footage you can see what happens , I'm more then welcome to share my bank statement to show how much of pedros I buy. Lately even for staff functions. Please show me how this matter gets resolved. Please don't get me wrong the food was good but to hear someone speak about different races in they mother tongue thinking that you don't understand it is hurtful, It is Smah that mention of and no one else from that store. Like I mentioned before I got proof to show you every store I buy from a few times a week.
Good day. I visited the clothing store at pavilion kzn on 2/07/2022 at around 2:45pm Staff on the floor was helpful to help me locate an item as I needed 3 long sleeve t-shirts but just in different sizes for my kids.i was advised to go to the till point and they will phone other stores.i really don't want to go and mention what a loyal customer I have been to pick n pay but they also have treated and been a pleasure to shop at.however on arriving at the till the assistant Hannah served me with a smile and really tried to help by trying to phone and see which store had a size,but was rudely interrupted by another assistant by the name of nondumoso. She treated Hannah so bad that I felt bad for her honestly.she felt like Hannah was just on the phone rather then cashing.i did mention if they could try hyper by the sea and she snapped at me and said that that is a supermarket and they can't call.sje then called her manager to tell Hannah to stop helping me and carry on cashing.i used my phone and airtime to call customer service to put me through to hyper by the sea.i spoke to kwasi and he kept a size out for me . I left pavilion and picked it up from hyper by the sea. But was so taken back with what happened.i was treated disrespectful with no apologies but I seen how racist nondomuso was towards Hannah and I.how do Staff work in this condition without others mentioning it,it's because of desperation.jus sad. At the end of the day I wasted my time,money and energy to sort things out myself. I would like a feedback to know how this matter gets resolved.
Good day I've been to the checkmart at inanda Square in newlands kzn. I shop regularly at the store how ever highly disappointed with the behavior on the manager Noushaad. Date is 22 June 2022 at 18:12. My concern was that I saw an item that was marked 5 x 1lt buckets for R7.99 I got to the the till and asked they refused and said he said it was a mistake. I got the pictures of the tags.but the attitude of management really will not make me want to go back to this store.please bear in in mind I did not want this for free.it is about principles that satisfies the customer.most stores have the policy about the price you see is the price you pay.im really looking forward to see how this store handles this. Regarding my complaint on 27/02/2022 , around 17:00 I took my kids out to Durban beach front and to have milky lane,waffles and milkshakes, Which we have almost every week. I redeemed my vodabucks points which is from vodacom,to get a R50 voucher redeemable in store.However the first milky lane (bigger store under joe kools) did not want to redeem the voucher and told me to go to the store across (the smaller store next to my dinner). On arriving and asking them they also told me that they do not accept the voucher.i found this strange because friends and I have done this before and redeemed at Gateway store.i didn't want to disappoint my kids but didn't carry cash to the beach area.so I phoned Customer care to ask if its only selected stores.the lady who is so polite assured me its all the stores and asked me to proceed back to the store as she would speak to the manager of the store.i went back to store and asked for the manager, who then spoke to the customer complaints division who then told the store what to do,however the store manager did understand or maybe could not follow correct instructions over the phone. I gave the store manager and cashier my voucher but no luck, after several trys,Customer service told me to should send an email and they would escalate the matter. My kids with so milky lane looked upset and with no cash on hand I decided to go to ushaka milky lane,to save time I phoned the ushaka branch and I was told that they do accept the voucher, however when I presented the voucher it did work because of inputting at the previous store. I had no other choice but to exchange my points again just to get a voucher to keep kids happy.i phoned the ushaka branch again and presented the new voucher and it went through with no problem.Marriam at the ushaka branch is the most polite and helpful person you can ever get. Please bear in mind I had to exchange my points which is worth R170 to get a R50 voucher. One may think it is only R50 but I've been with this brand for a long time and never ever had a problem with their products. The visit on 27/02/2022 really was disappointing and with me exchanging for two vouchers instead of one,then phone calls and not forgetting the extra travel and parking costs just to get a milky lane product. Attached is pictures requested by customer complaints division , it shows the wicode as you can see i had to exchange at two times. The other picture is of the vodacom app showing the milky lane logo and exchange of points amount. This email was sent on Sunday night im still awaiting feedback from customer service. highly disappointed and really disgusted with the companies approach services methods.. Booked an overnight delivery parcel was 1.7kg..a tub of home made biscuits to my sister who is a doctor..the pick up guy arrives as relaxed as could be.and I insist to put the item in a bag and he was just not bothered.please bear in mind this guy did not follow any covid regulations,mask worn below nose,not sanitizing before and after any interactions.over night delivery booked on 30/07/2020 Its 1/08/2020 (2days later) parcel is not delivered..sad part is the entire 31/07/2020 right up until 11pm they could not locate the parcel or any additional info.its my auspicious day today a day where we pray and be happy but in on the phone getting upset which is totally unfair..now coming to the weight they billed me for 7kg.lol..im waiting for a response from someone in management to see if this company actually cares about their clients or is it just about money.
And again when we give this brand a chance but it seems to only be happening in Durban..steers Windermere road Morningside,I stopped eating steers for about two years and just been to cape Town in December and enjoyed the service and the food even fishaways..got back to kzn and the first place was fishaways and then my previous complain..which I wasn't happy how they deal with complaints but just let it slip by..and again yesterday with trying steers really in happy with logging a complain..do the people at the customer service realize that we as customers pay for the phone call to actually keep they brand in order..since fishaways and steers is one brand I still haven't received a phone call from the franchise consultant or the owner.
