I’ve sent several emails to Medipost regarding the money they say I owe them. My medication is R270 which I pay every month in December 2025 they did have the brand of medication I use they gave me cheaper one which is R189. Meaning they owe me balance, and February I pressed with R181 to balance R270 since they owe me, again they couriered cheaper medication and I’ve mentioned to them to send me medication that’s on my prescription hence I’m paying R270. I keep on getting messages from them saying I owe them, and they’re the ones owing me. I’ve sent several emails to their different departments but no one is getting back to me. I have proof of payments.

Annelie Janneke the best Pharmacist always on the ball! I would like to send a sincere thank u to her for always providing me with top notch service. I would definitely make her a manager she manages my account so well. Pls send her my thanks from this site as she really deserves the praise.

This is the worst and most pathetic service I received from a pharmacy, an incorrect inhaler was sent to me to which I called them and a collection was organized item was sent back to pharmacy to which they received but from last year I am getting messages demanding payment for an item they got back and threats to affect my credit score , just reached out now again and spoke to a chat agent Michelle who was rude and blunt and no customer service ethic who just stated I need to make payment .how can anyone pay 900 plus for an item that was sent back does this company think people have money for nothing .pathetic service disgusted with customer service reps. 1st call center who is such rogues

Today I phoned their number. When answering....very clear.BUT WHEN THE PHARMACY ANSWERS ,SCRATCH AND THEY SAY HELLO HELLO CANT HEAR YOU. I PHONED ON 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES.... THE SAME. They won't even phone back

This company is ****, my last delivery was December Fourth, by my calculation, 30 days have lapse; yet my grandmother is has not received her medication, she been without CHRONIC MEDICATION for more than two days now. The level of incompetence is sickening or are you mandated to kill my grandmother by not giving her her medication? You are not GEMS’ only DSP, I can easily instruct my medical aid to assign another chemist

The most useless company and that's a compliment.. need a negative rating, after emailing and phoning numerous times and confirming they still get the address wrong many times for chronic medication, which can be life and death, and this is an ongoing problem with them, even the courier companies say how useless they are, it must stem from the ceo down as this has been ongoing for years
