Roben Roberes, at the afrikaans department helped us to escalate a query to get a voice recording, when none of the 6 other consultants before her assisted me. I want to further tell vodacom u are still obliged to send the voice recording by Monday. Unfortunately if we do not get that recording I will lay a complaint online regarding the withholding of evidence. Thank U dearest Roben for trying to assist us. Vodacom is not coming through for us but she went out her way to assist us. She needs to be a manager not in any lower position. I kindly request vodacom sends the recording on the system we requested. Pls see the no in question it's a Internet contract.
Zero zero zero out 10. Useless management, useless staff in call centre. Useless rules, forcing me too pay via debit order, but I've been paying via eft for over 5 years, been your client over 2decades. Think its time to move on after 20 years due to your incorrect advice and bad management, i also sent through 5 times proof of payment u still cut my membership.!!!! I'm very very disappointed dissatisfied and disgusted. Call me to sort this out and i expect a call ASAP.
Pathetic customer service, sent through docs days ago sending non stop emails payout not happening as discussed in under 10days.

I've been leaving msg after msg after email after phone call after phone call. No one gives calls back when they promise too and they also ignore me when i email for a request to get a call back. My claim is going slower due to one consultant saying one thing and another advising something else. I would love for communication to be consistent as promised.
