Brian Ndlovu is the best and nicest sales person ever, made me videos, took pictures, did invoicing, all in record time. He really deserves a proper thank u from me and my family, can't thank u enough for helping me get the perfect camera!

I was afraid leaving my expensive gear for repair with them after reading a negative review on Hello Peter and Facebook but i decided to give them a try since i was told their prices are reasonable and my pockets couldn't afford a quote received from a Sony service center. I was skeptical and requested to speak to the technician who was going to handle my issue. He was called and upon giving him my camera he took 4 shots 1 without a lens and 3 in different angles with a lens and asked me a question, did you shoot facing a green laser beam? I see one region of your CMOS sensor is dead" i was shocked and went silent for a few seconds as this was exactly what had happened 5 Days ago before booking it at a Sony service center. I immediately humbled myself and said "yes i did", how did you know and what's your name,he answered "my name is Brian senior and have worked with cameras for over 27 years and know their behaviors, i have worked for big brand names and in most cases we used to replace parts in order to maintain the standards of the brand name but according to my discoveries through practicals and having worked with cameras for so many years, not the entire mainboard, Cmos sensor unit, power board,LCD control Board etc have to fully be replaced in order to restore a camera to it's original manufactures standard as replacing of complete units can be costly. This can be restored in less than 2 days, i booked in my Sony A7IV and the next morning at 10am i received a quote of 72% cheaper than the previous one from a Sony service center. At 2PM on the same day my camera was ready for pickup with a 1 year warranty on what was fixed and I'm currently enjoying every shot with no issues. I am interested in two cameras. Both Nikon D810. Neither of the descriptions show any shutter count whatsoever. Last Thursday I engaged in the live chat option. There are no humans to speak to, just the bot. AI - Artificial Incompetence... I asked the bot for the two cameras in question's shutter counts, but the bot did not know and referred me to a WhatsApp number. I contacted that number and stated the description of both cameras and asked for their shutter counts. I only received a reply late that evening (Thursday) that said "I will check in the morning". Morning came and went. Saturday also. Monday afternoon still nothing. I then send yet another WhatsApp. Only at 16:49 I got a reply, asking if someone has contacted me a few minutes ago. Then they sent me a photo of a shutter count for a D810. Only one. And they didn't state for which of the two cameras you are selling. That doesn't help much because I need both. I told the person that no one contacted me. I also asked for which of the two cameras the one supp**** shutter count was. Again I stipulated the two different cameras as advertised. The person did read my replies as the messages all were "blue ticked". But they didn't even have the decency to reply again. It is Tuesday afternoon today. Still no reply. I have also sent e-mails to SA Cameraland, also unsuccessfully with no response. This is also the second review I left. Feedback and communication is really horrible. And this must be the only online photography shop that hides the shutter count of their cameras from buyers. And I don't know why. Anyone that knows a little bit about cameras need the shutter counts before they buy as this is essential information. I really can't believe the poor communication and feedback of the people working there. I could have ordered and received the camera by today if only they did not blatantly ignore my message even though they have read it. Complaining here wouldn't help. I will also post this complaint to hellopeter.com so that others can be aware that you should not try to engage into communicating with their sales people.

Stay far away!! This business is selling **** products and markets them as Original. I bought what was supposed to be an Original Sony BC - QZ1 battery charger. However it’s a **** product. It’s branded as an original with the official SONY logo, SONY fonts, trademarks etc. However the product label on the rear of the product is vastly different from the Original. Buying a **** product like this to charge your R3500 SONY battery will damage it and void your warranty! It’s shocking that this Business markets themselves as a Professional photographic store and they are selling **** Sony products! Do not get caught.
