What a waste of a business. No attention to customers staff looks upset. No help at all. Items are never found and our time and expenses never considered. Recently they purchase of China mall and auction goods.becareful.

Staff have no customer ethics.Very unfriendly and no smile and gives a don't care attitude. The manager is just the same. He makes their internal issues the customers problem. Very unprofessional and guard also have the same attitude as the staff.

All the way back in Dec 2024, I saw there was an auction for some Litehouse Festoon string lights as well as Confessionza Beer pong set on auction. Before bidding because I am not based in Dbn, I called to confirm the condition of the items. I spoke to someone from the warehouse who confidently confirmed that the lights were great, unbroken and exactly as the image and name said. I guess it's my fault for not asking about the beer pong set either. Now I do understand that the images they use are simply for illustration however, if I call and they confirm, it's nto my fault that the item is messed up when they say it is fine. Once I got the items, The Litehouse light's' were actually just 1 single rope light fitting with a Litehouse tag, which I don't think Litehouse even makes. Now the confessza set wasn't broken but they failed to mention that the stuff came without its bag. I was very disappointed with that too. I tried and tried again to get ahold of them but I kept being told they were busy because of the festive season in the warehouse. It's now flippin February and I have just given up and promise to never buy from them again as they won't even listen to what I have to say, I was even willing to return the items at my expense yet again, but they just ignored me. After seeing some reviews on this I know it's the right move as I am not the only one to have a problem with them

Went to Aucor durban on the 30th December 2024 to collect, inspect and pay for my winning bid. The store was chaos with no order and process. Waited in line for over an hour for the staff to bring my winning bid after reminding them to do so since i was almost in the front of the queue to pay. Once i received the item, the item did not include all items as per my winning bid (OCO Organico X 9 Essential oil diffuser blends- bar 9901031738133-51736/2598 B3 (S4). Apparently the staff member advised the winning bid was only for the essential oils and not the diffuser but the bid had the diffuser advertised also so I wasted n entire hour in line to be disappointed. The description is so damn vague. If the auction was only for the essential oils only then Aucor should have been more specific in their description. ********** service and absolute chaos at the Durban Westville branch when going through to collect, view and pay for winning bids.

I delivered furniture to Aucor in Westville Durban on the 29th of June and was told that they would go on auction within 2 weeks. There has been a total lack of communication from Aucor throughout the entire process. After many follow up phone calls and whatsapps I was finally advised 2 weeks ago that the goods have been sold and I would receive payment. Despite a further follow up, payment has still not been received. The service has been appalling to say the least. How can it take 4 months to sell items on auction and then still no payment? I will definitely never use this company again and would not recommend them at all.

I've been do your store in Jan's smutsĝ highway I was 4mins before the security refused to let me in.i generally deal with Auston,Carmel or raisa. I deal with this aucor for a very long time.but this incident really upsets me.i begged and pleaded for them to assist me but they refused.i bought from your Westwood branches from the time they opened. I can even so u my invoices and in store cash sales.but today I phoned from 12:56 out side of the door yet they refused I'll send screenshots but they refused. I'm they in aucur almost every week but this type of behavior to uplift a new store in really unexpected. Attached is the time Attached are my other items that needed today..and no sad story but I need to go admitted to hospital
