Bad service and dissapointing results
Dear Chemdry in May I had my beds deep cleaned by yourselves. I was not happy with the result for the King bed and sent you photos and a complaint that it had not been done properly . Let's start at the beginning. Your team were an hour late,, then rushed the job and didn't finished the king mattress properly. I complained and was told head office would follow the complaint up. That was the last I heard from you. So, let me show you the mattress again, where you can clearly see streaking due to areas not being cleaned evenly.

Chemdry carpet cleaning
We have recently had a Persian carpet cleaned by Chemdry and we are very unhappy with what was done. It was bought from another person 2nd hand, so we asked Chemdry to collect it from there, clean it and then deliver to us. We did view it before it went to Chemdry, so we know exactly what condition it was in. The carpet is very smelly and not as clean as we hoped it would be. We have just picked it up and taken it to another carpet cleaning company to clean again at a big extra cost to us. Already paid Chemdry R1106.00 to do this! I had to sweep up all the dirt on my floor left from the so called "cleaned " carpet. Not happy with their service or their response.

Chemdry carpet cleaning

Excellent service Chemdry Pta East
If I could give 100 stars out of five, I would! I’ve been using Chemdry for many years. They never fail to impress me. I contacted them again in an emergency situation after a different contractor had spilled chemicals on my rug. The team came out the same day and and spent several hours, until the evening, to clean the rug. The stains were quite severe, so Chemdry sent the team out again. They did not even charge me for the second cleaning. Thank you Chemdry Centurion/ Pretoria East, for excellent service. You are outstanding!

If I could give 100 stars out of five, I would! I’ve been using Chemdry for many years. They never fail to impress me. I contacted them again in an emergency situation after a different contractor had spilled chemicals on my rug. Excellent Service
We had our carpets cleaned by Chemdry and our carpets were very bad before from a previous carpet cleaner and these guys did such an amazing job our carpets look great and I would recommend them anytime- the carpets were not soaking wet either so dried very quickly we will definitely use them again

Excellent Service
We had our carpets cleaned by Chemdry and our carpets were very bad before from a previous carpet cleaner and these guys did such an amazing job our carpets look great and I would recommend them anytime- the carpets were not soaking wet either so dried very quickly we will definitely use them again

Bad service from Chem Dry Northcliff/Parklands franchised
Bad service from Chem Dry Northcliff/Parklands franchise. I hired Chem Dry to clean the carpets and the mattresses of the beds in my house. I dealt with the owner/manager called 'Owen' at the Northcliff /Parklands franchise. During the cleaning process I found one of the employees washing the brushes from underneath a cleaning machine in my hand basin where I wash my face and brush my teeth! They also caused a scratch in an expensive van Acht oiled door inside my house - the scratch was 30cm long and so deep that applying more oil made it even more noticeable. A furniture restorer had to be contracted to remove the door, place it outside the house, sand it fully on the one side, replace it and I had to oil it three times over the following three days. An offer was made to reimburse me/buy a new door, missing the point completely that I have no confidence that the franchise is capable of doing a proper job and in my opinion, has caused reputational damage to Chem Dry South Africa. I will be avoiding the Northcliff/Parklands franchise of Chem Dry like the proverbial plague. I cannot recommend this franchise.

Telephone manners
On Friday 25 November my husband and I contacted Tygerberg Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaners to request the cleaning of three bedrooms and two couches. We were disappointed in the manner our request was handled. The receptionist was abrupt and impatient with her explanations. We were told the cost is R1,000.00 per 50 square meter. When asking her how to explain 50 square meters, she was not the most patient person. Now, we are not Quantity Surveyors, nor did we study Measuring, Engineering or anything of that sort where we can imagine how big 50 square meters are at a drop of a hat. Please Ms Receptionist, have patience with us elderly folk who need that extra explanation sometimes. Good telephone communications are important for your company. Kind Regards Esme'

Cleaning Services
Excelent cleaning services, very friendly personnel, pnctual. Carpets were spotless. Curtains took extra care while still hanging and were spotless afterwards. Will use them definitely again. 100 x better then the other carpet cleaning services in the Helderberg Basin.
