Buffalo couriers disgusting service and theft
Their courier Nobuhle collected a returned package 3 weeks late and now its gone missing. Despite numerous emails and WhatsApp providing all the information requested they still keep asking for the same info and I still dont have a refund or a result from my enquiry.0 replies

Bad service and dissapointing results
Dear Chemdry in May I had my beds deep cleaned by yourselves. I was not happy with the result for the King bed and sent you photos and a complaint that it had not been done properly . Let's start at the beginning. Your team were an hour late,, then rushed the job and didn't finished the king mattress properly. I complained and was told head office would follow the complaint up. That was the last I heard from you. So, let me show you the mattress again, where you can clearly see streaking due to areas not being cleaned evenly.0 replies
