No basic humanity by chemical city brackenfell

I'm sitting outside chemical city brackenfell in the car with my dad since we dropped my son at school half past 7,they open at 08h00. My dad has very bad cancer and comes only here to buy the special bags he uses to dispose of medical waste. As he has been doing WEEKLY for past year and half. They know him,he can barely walk but shuffles ,wearing a stoma bag on outside of his stomach as they had to cut so much of intestines due to cancer They know him..yet will not assist by allowing him 10 to 8 to get his bags.
