Good day, I ordered from your restaurant and i must say i was horribly disappointed. I ordered via Uber Eats. The tacos were burnt and tasteless and inedible. There was barely any filling either. I then received this response CHIAPAS eat mexican Salaam Sadia. Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry to hear about your experience on Thursday evening. We would like to investigate this matter. Which branch did you order from? Shukran. Was Salaam. To which i responded:So the thing is i ordered the crispy tacos right and then it was burnt etc, however the app didnt show that you had accepted the order so i ordered soft tacos as well and that was a disaster as well. there was no filling just lettuce. I received this in return: Salaam Sadia. Please allow us to address this with our teams. This is not the standard you should have received. In the meantime, please provide us with your cell number so we can provide you with a complimentary meal of your choice with all the fillings and options on your next visit to our Rosebank branch. We are sincerely sorry for this occurrence. Kind regards, Management. I rep**** with my cell number. They never called me, never messaged me again. I followed up over and over and nothing.

OH NO 🤢🤮! This was like watching a food safety documentary..... We were choosing our fillings for our borritos and were very excited. And as we were moving down the line to pay I counted no less than 7 ****ROACHES crawling, not only ON the food containers, but up and down the glass seperator. We told the lady that we can't eat the food and she just raised her eyebrows at us and we left. This just happened at 11:30 on 5 July 2024.

Rosebank mall- CHIAPAS eat mexican
Ordered a burrito from CHIAPAS eat mexican from rosebank the zone and had a piece of glass or something really hard in my food I told the person at the counter about it and was just told they don't use glass in the company, like I was the one to put it in there, wouldn't recommend the place

Rude staff
Chiapas Sandton City Customer service was soooo disappointing ,the staff don’t care if you standing there waiting for service,they just look at you and have a fat chat,they were talking about me in Zulu thinking I can’t hear them because I look a little coloured the things they said about me sooo offensive

Chiapas Sandton City Customer service was soooo disappointing ,the staff don’t care if you standing there waiting for service,they just look at you and have a fat chat,they were talking about me in Zulu thinking I can’t hear them because I look a little coloured the things they said about me sooo offensive

Chiapas to improve in their services and cleanliness
The food at Chiapas is really good, very taste. However a few things to improve on. The staff need to change their gloves, I noticed they don’t always change their gloves when preparing food for people who eat vegetarian and those who eat meat, I don’t think it’s fair for vegetarian people. Also some of the staff members don’t fold the wraps properly, very messy, so the filling comes out so it’s difficult to eat. Also generally the place can be neat and when dealing with food to not rush and do things neatly and properly.
