🤢🤮 As a regular customer I was absolutely appalled by what I got served for my lunch on the 26th of this month(May) 2026.
I bought a soul sister 2(chips) in a drum stick and thigh, ate the drum stick but proceeding to the thigh after some bites and mostly within the inside, I immediately stopped because it tasted off and possibly spoiled and old.
Like a normal customer, I went back to complain about my experience only to be told “The rules don’t apply or allow for a refund or any customer satisfaction solution because the meat has already been bitten”
Like how the hell am I going to know that the meat is off without taking a bite? Make that make sense!!
Good customers, please don’t support such bullshxt customer experience!
