Good day
On the 26th of February 2026, we placed an order at the chicken licken sloane street in Bryanston at 1:46pm we then went across the shops. Coming back to fetch an order there was 2 people at the front 1 at cashier and the other at collection.
The problem is she was more focus on drive thru than than walk in collections, we waited for more than 15 minutes and I asked the cashier if she give us our order, she said the one busy with busy with drive thru will give us. I called out for her she ignore me a couple of time and the rudeness I experienced was just discipline and rude. I mentioned to her we are also at work and our lunchtime is running out just by standing there, She still ignored and went on with her tasks. Bear you there was also an Uber guy who was patiently waiting for his collection whi we found there.
How come there was only 1 person at the collection point? Is this how you allow your employees to treat your customers with orders that are already prepared for collections? How well do you train your employees with customer service? Was our order not valueable enough? The person we bought for also complained how cold the chips were. I would also like to know how you going to deal with this issue and provide me with the outcome.
My colleagues and I always buy at that chicken licken so now with the bad experience I have how am I supposed to go there knowing there's such mistreatment?
I did write to their customer care email and have not been acknowledged even now.
Regards, Zee
