Debit on hold
Tyme bank is such a ****ty bank!! I woke up today and my account had a debit hold. As we are in the business of selling and transfering funds, we do receive money from clients through bank transfers and it's so hard not knowing which client was bitter and unhappy to end up reporting my bank account. Now my account is blocked. I tried to reach out the contact centre but all i got was a run around taken up and down. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone because you'll end up being stranded yet you have fees in your bank. Customers are jealous some even want a refund even after receiving their goods, it's such a shame that our bank accounts suffers instead

Debit on hold

Debit hold
This bank is horrible, my account was placed with a debit hold for months yesterday an agent advised me the account was under investigation the debit hold would've been removed over the weekend still nothing I need money for Xmas clothes......Please assist

Withdrawal dispute
I made a withdrawal at Nedbank ATM Eastgate mall the machine showed me an error message on my app the money went out but I didn't get the cash I called tyme bank contact thy advised the withdrawal dispute takes 35days I have been waiting for my cash thy keep on sending one update everyday ,tyme bank is **** bank

Bad service
I visited Tyme bank at Pick n Pay Nonesi Mall, I inserted my card I'd the Tyme bank ATM and my card was swallowed by the ATM. The Tyme bank Ambassador Noxolo Mazwayi was rude and said the ATM is not working, there was no out of order sign on the ATM. She told me to I will have to pay for the new card. I am not willing to pay for the new card because I was not fault. I am leaving Queenstown for Johannesburg without my card. Please assist me in getting my card back. Bad service
I visited Tyme bank at Pick n Pay Nonesi Mall, I inserted my card I'd the Tyme bank ATM and my card was swallowed by the ATM. Tymebank agents never available
I have attempted several times to change my cellphone number from 0839679890 to 0645033558 but when ever I visit the PicknPay in Diepkloof square no Tymebank agent available or he is on lunch or they not in. How can I close this account?

Tyme bank poor service
Time bank service is bad I was robbed they never even did a research all they could say is that they will never pay me without any reason I wouldn't advise anyone to invest in that bank
