Concerned about the adoption process

I am having a bad experience with child welfare Pietermaritzburg ,I app**** for adoption the lady that was assisting me left, got transferred to the other lady by the name of Zama when ever I call she is not at the office or attending meeting. I have left my contact with them it has been 2months now I feel she is ducking me, she has left me hanging can somebody assist because this is really draining I’m staring to thing she does not know what she is doing. This is gambling with peoples life not giving feeding what am I supposed to do?
