Funds got approved and loaded to my card a day later received sms that there was no funds available to use.
I’m not happy with the services one plan is providing for me. I feel ****med because I have cancelled my insurance but i was told that I can still use the insurance for the month until the end of the month. Yesterday I did a claim for me and my daughter it got approved the consultation was done and this morning receiving an sms stating that we have no funds yet it got approved yesterday. Now I believe one plan is ****med o was sold lies even when i signed up for the insurance. The fact that I was told you can’t go to casualty until it life threatening what nonsense is that while there are funds allocated for casualty. Who si supposed to pay the money? Whys was the transactions approved.

Concerned about the adoption process
I am having a bad experience with child welfare Pietermaritzburg ,I app**** for adoption the lady that was assisting me left, got transferred to the other lady by the name of Zama when ever I call she is not at the office or attending meeting. I have left my contact with them it has been 2months now I feel she is ducking me, she has left me hanging can somebody assist because this is really draining I’m staring to thing she does not know what she is doing. This is gambling with peoples life not giving feeding what am I supposed to do?

Money deducted on my account without my permission
I am not a happy customer Home choice sales agent sold me something and I was told that the payment will be due end of February. It is not the first time I had a problem with home choice I have decide to give them a second chance and now this. The lady that approached me even sent something that I did not order, I sent it back why are the customers are being treated like this now they have debited on my account and I told the lady that I will pay via home choice app because my account is a business account and the lady told me that the payment will be deducted end of February.

My uploads got rejected
I’m a new one plan client.. I’m still trying to understand how does the health insurance work. I bought something over the counter submitted the till invoice just received the email they want the detailed invoice where am I suppose to get it. The sad part no one is responding on the what up chat please since I am failing how does it work.

SARS declining a directive for the 5the time without any valid reasons.
I have been experience poor service from SARS from April, I am expecting lump sum from them when ever the previous company is trying to sendy directive through them. Last month I was auto assessed with the very tax number they are saying it does not correspond with my identity. They say there is aproblem with my tax number , I am tired of going back and forth and the worst they even created a new tax number for me it very hard because I don't know what is the problem.

Cheap ring they sold me while it cost a fortune
I had a bad experience bought a ring at Browns midlands mall with in 3 weeks the ring faded they justify themselves as white gold do fade my question was less than a month of wearing as we speak I have no ring my wedding was on the 20th of August why is Browns selling us dreams now they say I must pay 3000 rands extra to change it into gold the opposite of what I wanted, can somebody why is brown’s such cheap skates covers in diamond… I’m very disappointed and they keep convincing me to take platinum or gold m really tired of the store and going back and forth and you don’t know who to speak to.. I’m very upset

Contract canceler but money still going off my account

Cellphone contract cancellation
I’m still struggling to cancel the contract I received an email from them saying a consultant will call me till today no one has called… it so annoy when you await the contract they are very quick to assist you in the store when it time to cancellation no one knows they give you the number that is useless can somebody help me I’m really getting annoyed
