Stay away if you want your deposit back. After the exit inspection, they charge you for things that don’t make sense, things that you found and left in the condition that you found them in. The amounts charged on them are inflated meaning you won’t get deposit back.
If you move into their units, it’s either they’ll take time to fix or they’ll simply tell you that they won’t fix or refurbish the things and you won’t be responsible for it. This means you must pay full amounts every month for a unit with broken things or things that need to be refurbished
