Liam Davids was excellent in assisting me with getting insurance for my car. He listened and understood my needs and he went above and beyond to ensure that I get the best cover for my car at a premium that suits me best.
Be careful of Cartrack. They will invoice you long after your contract has expired. After not renewing my contract, they have continued to invoice me even though I am not a client. When you don't pay the invoice, they threaten you with blacklisting. Imagine not owing Cartrack when you don't renew your contract and all of a sudden they want you to pay them for nothing. What is even more irritating is that they send you countless emails, WhatsApp's, and sms' on a daily telling you that the account is in arrears - how is an account in arrears when you are not even a client? Some of the people from the accounts team who will bother you with countless emails include: Sibusiso Twala: sibusiso.twala@cartrack.com; and Noleen Rigney: noleen.rigney@cartrack.com
Where do we report 1Life for the constant invasion of privacy. I have been receiving calls everyday for the past month from 1Life wanting to reinstate covers that I cancelled years ago, and to also sell me other covers. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them to delete your number from their system or how many times you block the numbers they call you with, they will always get to you. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!
I've never been disappointed by Netflorist! always on time!
I’m currently with MetroFibre and I’ve been receiving incorrect statements for over 3 months and I’ve tried calling the finance department to sort this out but they never answer (you can literally wait for hours without anyone picking up). In addition I’ve sent countless emails and no one responds. Now they’re sending emails threatening to suspend my connection yet they’re still not answering calls and still not responding to emails. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever received from any company.
Stay away if you want your deposit back. After the exit inspection, they charge you for things that don’t make sense, things that you found and left in the condition that you found them in. The amounts charged on them are inflated meaning you won’t get deposit back. If you move into their units, it’s either they’ll take time to fix or they’ll simply tell you that they won’t fix or refurbish the things and you won’t be responsible for it. This means you must pay full amounts every month for a unit with broken things or things that need to be refurbished
Reported a card fraud on my Makro credit on 10 February 2022 and they told me that will take 21 working days to investigate. So in my mind I am expecting a call on 10 March 2022. But I decided to call them today to follow up on the progress. They told me that they have not started on the investigation and that they would not have started by the end of the 21 days (next Thursday). I don't understand how a purchase of R5091.50 was approved at Pick n Pay when the card was in my possession, and they have not started on the investigation a few days before their turnaround time and I am expected to pay them back every month. I had only had the card for about two weeks before the fraud happened. Worst experience and those unsecured credit cards of theirs are just a bad idea.
I ordered food on the app and paid with my card and they cancelled an hour later and told me that there isn’t a driver available. They sent me an email advising that they will credit me the next time I order. This doesn’t make sense because they are quick to deduct cash from my account when I order but they don’t want to refund me when they cancel. Pure nonsense.
