Wrong order - poor customer services

I ordered tekkies on the 18th of May 2019 from www.hokasshoes.site. Today (10 July 2019) I received my parcel but it was not tekkies it was a silver ring. I was also overcharged. The amount of the total order was R 457.30 and I paid R 1048.48. What can I do? I reported the matter to Absa but they say they cant assist me.
