Dis nou die t****e keer wat ek deur Callen ingedoen word. Ek kan nie glo dat mense so kan wees nie. Ek is baie teleurgesteld in haar en haar besigheid. Ek sal sorg dat niemand meer by haar koop nie. Sy antwoord jou partykeer en ander kere doodeenvoudig nie. In vandag se tyd het mens nie geld om te mors nie.
One Day Only' s after sale services is very very bad. I have been struggling since Monday 9 October 2023 to get assistance from them to return an item that I bought from them and want to return. They promise everyday the courier will pick up my parcel but to date no pick up. I will not support this company anymore.
I ordered a Thigh Master from Gympride on the 4th of August 2021. I have not received anything. I do believe this is a scam and want to warn other customers to not buy from them. They don't reply to emails either. No contact numbers available. I am so tired of scams. Who will pay me back the money now??
I ordered tekkies on the 18th of May 2019 from www.hokasshoes.site. Today (10 July 2019) I received my parcel but it was not tekkies it was a silver ring. I was also overcharged. The amount of the total order was R 457.30 and I paid R 1048.48. What can I do? I reported the matter to Absa but they say they cant assist me. Your help will be sincerely appreciated. Poor Service from Ackermans Call Centre. I have been trying from 08:30 (30 January 2019) to close my account with Ackermans. After several phone calls (holding on for 10+ minutes) and emails they can't assist with a simple matter, after I also followed the correct procedures for closing my account. This is terrible, where is everything going to??? I am really upset.
Good day, On the 22nd of December 2018 I discovered that the amount of R 1425.00 was deducted from by Absa Credit card account. I stopped the card and I already received my new credit card. Unfortunately my case with the Absa Fraud Division is overdue since the incident occurred last year December 2018. I have signed the declaration as was requested by Absa Fraud, received my case number and to date (21/01/2019) no feedback. My emails were read by the Fraud Division.
