Extremely high service costs and issues experienced with the car afterwards that were unrelated to the service but weren't there previously (more than once). It's unfortunately created lots of admin and inconvenience with having to take the car back numerous times.

The worst Ford dealership to support. They don’t get your car fixed in time then offer you a loan car while yours is with them for 1 DAY only to *****ulently sign you out of the loan car 7 DAYS later without you knowing and to allow them to put their drivers’ traffic fines on your name. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

The worst Ford dealership to support. They don’t get your car fixed in time then offer you a loan car while yours is with them for 1 DAY only to *****ulently sign you out of the loan car 7 DAYS later without you knowing and to allow them to put their drivers’ traffic fines on your name. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Wouldn't recommend at all. Bought a car second hand, took it in to start a service history and asked that the vehicle be properly checked for any other issues that would need attention. Was quoted on replacing the water cooler, as I was informed that it doesn't seem to be holding pressure as it should. I opted out as I had been told it would be fine just keep checking the water level for now . Collected the vehicle later that day after being told it was being taken for a test drive after the service. The very next day I was stuck with a vehicle that had oil gushing out from underneath it. Called the service advisor who sent a technician out to check, upon the technicians arrival he tells me that the water bottle had been contaminated with oil, and that's why i was quoted for a replacement- that's not at all what was communicated to me. Vehicle is then towed back to ford and 2 days later it's me who has to follow up. I'm told they're uncertain of what's gone on and will Let me know once they have finished flushing the system but they're 90% of the way. I then recieve a call to say the oil cooler has gone and they send a quote of R55000 to repair. I requested the recordings of the calls in order to prove what was communicated to me - i have not recieved them. We had an independent technician come along to have a look at the situation where we all agreed while standing in the workshop that replacing the water bottle would not have solved the contamination issue and would have ended up with the same result. NOTHING was checked on this vehicle by CMH Randburg, they simply did a major service and left it at that, and as for the flushing they said they had started - they didn't do anything, we had the car towed and repaired elsewhere! CMH took zero responsibility for their role in this mess. Do not take your car to them and expect it to work.

Shocking!!!!! I thought I would wait to see if anyone followed up today nothing. The service I had yesterday was a disaster from start to finish. Be interesting to see if anyone follows up with me. The final straw these are the photos of my car I collected after waiting for it to return from the wash bay!!

I took my Ford Escort in for CMH Kempster Ford on 8 January 2024 to check the brakes as it was making a screeching noise. Ford advised that I need new brakes. They also said the brakes could not be skimmed as they were too thin. I then paid R7511.14 for new brakes. We then took the old brakes to a independent service provider and he said it was not at all necessary to replace the brakes, and the noise was just a pin that needed replacement. This is about the third time I had a bad experience with them. We have even written a letter to Ford's CEO and numerous other emails with no response what so ever.

Extremely disappointed with the service at CMH Ford Randburg!Their incompetence nearly cost lives. Recently had our Ford Ranger there and within a short time, experienced a life-threatening incident when the wheel came off on the highway due to negligence on their part. When seeing the service manager it was admitted that the car did not go through the quality check before leaving the floor. Even more concerning is their lack of response to address the issue. Initially we were told that we would be reimbursed in full for the damages and receive a new rim as ours is completely damaged. After numerous follow ups and messages we are not getting any response. Unacceptable!
