Wrong delivery, no way to return.
Ordered a lifting belt from them, they delivered the wrong belt. Reported this issue (with pictures as proof) in an attempt to replace it - got a reply that they would check with the warehouse and let me know ASAP... That was two weeks ago!

Bad product relacement / EXPIRED!
I ordered 3D Nutrition Trib-T [60 Caps]. I got a call to say that the item was out of stock and that if I dont mind that it be replaced with ACES-LABS Pit Boss. I was told that as a gesture of goodwill I will get one extra bottle for free - which I did. The problem is - I now sit with x4 bottles of Aces LAbs Pit Boss which will be going straight to the dustbin. I see that on all 4 bottles the sticker on the underside showing expiry date has been removed. I do not know when this expired or if it is still safe for human consumption. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed in ChromeSA. I have been a regular client for some time now. Do not think it is fair that you send goods without expiry dates to clients - makes me think that that is why I was offered an extra bottle free of charge.

Poor service
Since this year - this is service has gone bad to worse... I have ordered 8 days ago an not yet received my package.... Phoned 11 times send 2 emails - Received an response today I must follow up with the delivery company They replied - they still did not receive the package from Chrome

Poor service

Unusable product - No after sales service
The product that I ordered was delivered in an unusable state. Somehow moisture got into the container so the contents is basically one solid block. I can understand that this happens sometimes and its most likely the supplier's fault but ChromeSa is refusing to respond to my emails. I tried two different emails and the online chat. Nothing. To me this in unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Expired products on sale
I purchase an item on sale, about 2 days ago. I received the product. It expires in 4 days time. Irrespective of the price, date of purchase or the branding being old, why are such products up for sale on the website. Also it’s a 3kg protein bucket, What am I to do with all of this!!!? I
