I do agree to some reviews; BUT effectively it does come to knowledge and servicing of hardware (high end watches and customers)!!! Lower end customers must not cry...will Ferrari help you sell your Citi Golf?...I don't think so :) And Chronos does a 300% job! I have been with them servicing my Tag Heuers since 20 years - and they do know their work truely!! Susanne and Jochen are not ideal for customer relations - but they are absolutely knowledgeable about what they do and are absolute experts!!! I would never ever entrust my timepieces into South African hands - and I have to agree with Chronos' that South Africans do not have the ability to provide extremely precise, accurate, quality, know-how, educational, talented, in depth, academic, perfectional precision work as the Europeans do!!! Take your car to a mechanic or car dealer in SA and it always results in dissatisfaction and unprofessional disaster! SA is like China in workmanship :(
