Offering the incorrect spares. They tell you the spare is from the same vehicle as mine.Even told me they made a video but then they can't find the video.Make you first pay and sign on the invoice and then they stamped "No Refund" Not even explained. Work through a small opening for you not to see inside.

I am writing to request a refund for a part I purchased for my Gold 5 on Friday, April 4, 2025. The part was incorrect as it was for a Jetta, and your staff was aware of this. Upon returning to your store, I was instructed by your mechanic to incorrectly install the same incorrect part. I would like a refund so that I can purchase the correct part from another supplier. We did a payment for bonnet and the left door mirror. They said we're going to get these parts but only to find out they are unable to get them. Now the problem is they don't want to refund us the money in order to buy these parts somewhere. They want to sign a document, which states that there will be a deduction of 20% and we will get our money after they have done an investigation within 14 days. We want our money back from this company. Thank you

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication and Incomplete Product
I had a frustrating experience with this seller. After purchasing a wiring harness for R4,500, I discovered it was incomplete when it arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller offered inadequate solutions, including a partial refund and a voucher I couldn’t use due to my location. Their communication was slow, and they ultimately refused to provide a full refund, leaving me extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this seller due to their poor service and lack of accountability.
