I am writing to request a refund for a part I purchased for my Gold 5 on Friday, April 4, 2025. The part was incorrect as it was for a Jetta, and your staff was aware of this. Upon returning to your store, I was instructed by your mechanic to incorrectly install the same incorrect part.
I would like a refund so that I can purchase the correct part from another supplier.
