To say that the service is appalling would be an understantement. The fact that there are also only five reviews on this site fails to paint the real picture of the frustration that almost everyone who stands in that queu goes through.
The fact that u gave people grab a ticket and then head straight back to their cars to anticipate waiting for hours on end points to a lack of capacity in that office.
There are empty service desks that afford me every time I get there. Why have them if they aren’t going to be occupied.
You have staff taking breaks almost regularly leaving everyone frustrated.
It just took me 3 hours to submit a tax clearance certificate. My number was C19 which I received at roughly 12:30. Just as I got in they called C14 or C15. If my assumptions are correct and the ‘C’ category was for submitting documents (I stand to be corrected), how does it take a whole 3 hours to serve +/- 5 people who are submitting now documentation.
It’s ridiculous to be honest. People aren’t in those queues because they merely want to. Some have their livelihoods depending on the service of this board.
