Skinderella product stopped working, unable to recharge
Two weeks ago I sent a conplaint via their webpage and have not heard from them to date. My complaints were as follows: Could not recharge the item, either the item is faulty or the cord provided with it is. Was eventually able to recharge some using my own cord. Then the item would not work. It switches on but no vibration. I have asked for a replacement item or a refund, but have had no reply to date. Your customer service sucks.

I bought my Skinderella on 28 December 2023. The company sent me an email on the 02 January 2024 letting me know my device was on the way and gave me a tracking number. I've contacted the company the tracking shortcut takes me to and it is not a valid number. I confirmed with the shipping company twice. Skinderella does not have a contact number only a Facebook account and gmail address.

Great Service Skinderella
I would like to give Christina from Skinderella a bunch of roses for handing my problem with the product so promptly. I bought a micro current device from them in July and had a problem with the product this last week. After contacting Skinderella and sending a video of the problem, the replacement is on its way with no argument. Thank you Skinderella 🌹🥂
