I have purchased an asthavent pump for my asthma last week I was having a asthma attack and took the pump to use however it was empty. The refill shows there 40 puffs left but the refill was empty. This is bad because it's the 2nd time this had happened to me. I had contacted CIPLA last week the receptionist said she is forwarding my details to Karen and she will give me a call back it's been about a week and still no call. I had contacted today spoke to the same receptionist who said she forwarded the details to Karen to call me she will transfer again however after 3 minutes on Hold she said Karen is not available, I have asked is there no one else I can speak to she said some person name Booysen is on do not disturb she took my details again and said she is sending it to Karen to call me. The service from CIPLA is not good how can they treat their customers like this.

Bought Ultimag Advanced 100 Tables, upon opening i noticed that the silica in the bottle was wet, the tablets is clinging to the bottle and the coating from the tablet ia coming off. I reported this on Friday, followed up tjos morning and qas advised my email was aent to the relevant member to assist, but no one has reaponded. Tried phoning the helpline again then i get the automated mesaage we are open from 8:30 till 17:00 okay.... so why is the automated message playing at 14:34 ? Thought Cipla would have customer and Quality standards!!

I bought some Cipla FIZZ C Plus but when I used it I saw that the tablets had a dark brown mottled colour and it did not have the same taste as the previous batch. I submitted an email complaint to Cipla which was acknowledged. A few days later I got an email saying my complaint had been forwarded to the correct person. 10 days later I have had no response.

I had purchased a item (mag up) from a local phamacy and it did not work the same as we imagined it did not disolve and remained complete. We have been using this product many times before and found this to be strange. We then took it back to the selling store and they informed us to call the number on the package. We then called and informed them of the issue we are having with this specific product they requested a batch number and told us they will follow up and call us back. Few days past and I call again to find out if the problem has been resolved however I had to explain to a further two people at this so called call center what the matter was and keep providing a batch number. We have now givien up and would certainly not be purchasing this product again. This is poor consumer service and aftersales. Dont bother calling the call center as they are not helpfull at all.

I have experienced unusual side effects to my chronic medication from Cipla. I brought it under the attention of my pharmacist that could have cared less. Cipla uplifted the batch and one of their Doctors contacted me to discuss the issue. She said that it sounded like there where placebo tablets in that batch that I started using. On a different occasion I noticed that the capsules had odd amounts of granules in them. I can understand if this happens with your daily vitamin or the odd flue capsule but under NO circumstance should it occur in medication that has a direct effect on the central nervous system of your brain for crying out loud!!!! I am experiencing the same effects as I did a couple of months ago. I can feel it immediately when something is not right with my medication. This is a very very serious matter that is being taken very lightly. How many other patients are on Venlor that are feeling ill from their medication or fall into a deep depression but doesn't realize that it is their "happy pills" that are causing them to feel so awful? How many times has it been prescribed to help someone feel better but changed to a different anti-depressant because they thought it didn't work but infact there is a problem at the manufacturer in India? Are different ingredients being used, is something left out perhaps. Can some please investigate this and give feed back as this has clearly not been resolved!!

Faulty S5 medication!!! To be specific VENLOR XR 150/75. I have reported my finding and tried to alert them on their contact nr for RSA adverse side effects nr, I have contacted a representative and posted it on FB. I have managed to get my medication exchanged at my pharmacist but no interest from Cipla. This medication works on the central nervous system of a persons brain which can lead to fatal consequences if not treated immediately. This is a SERIOUS MISTAKE CIPLA
