I was at the centurion mall clicks store, at the line to till at the chocolate isle I saw a pack of Turkish delight chocolat that had a price of R21.99 I took it and went to the till point and when they scanned it was scanning at R60 each. I then advised the cashier that it is marked R21.99 when we went back to where it's kept she took it out and said it's an incorrect price but I advised it's the price then she pointed to another label that I think was R60 which was in front of only one pack of the Turkish delight but majority was in front of th bought chocolate. We went to the till there was a manager name forget who said he can't match the price because the R60 label is there at th corner I advised that no one is going to read it he barcod the product is same just the barcode was different and price he was rude and arrogant refused to get assistance I ask d him to provide me a con for th area coach he was rude and refused to give me the price.

Terrible experience I placed an order it's more than 14 days and they still have not resolved it. They say my order is with a person Buhle who has not even sorted my order from 2nd January requested to speak to a manager or team leader they always say they in a meeting today I spoke to a nonhlanhla which I feel is not her name she **** because I said I'm going to post this review she said all the managers are on lunch break and there's no manager or team leader on the floor and I should go on the website and cancel the order. The service from supersonic is bad yet I was recommended to go to supersonic used tons of airtime calling them they dont even return call or even if you log a ticket online they dont respond to it.
Hair found in food, food was boiled not cooked and was not satisfying contacting the branch to complain no one answers!
I have purchased an asthavent pump for my asthma last week I was having a asthma attack and took the pump to use however it was empty. The refill shows there 40 puffs left but the refill was empty. This is bad because it's the 2nd time this had happened to me. I had contacted CIPLA last week the receptionist said she is forwarding my details to Karen and she will give me a call back it's been about a week and still no call. I had contacted today spoke to the same receptionist who said she forwarded the details to Karen to call me she will transfer again however after 3 minutes on Hold she said Karen is not available, I have asked is there no one else I can speak to she said some person name Booysen is on do not disturb she took my details again and said she is sending it to Karen to call me. The service from CIPLA is not good how can they treat their customers like this.
my package was supposed to be delivered on the 30th july 2025, I had contacted the call centre who advised that they have not recieved it in yet but should expect delivery tomorrow which is the 31st july 2025. i recieved an sms for delivery on the 01st August 2025 i had contacted the call centre to advise that i will not be in the province and what had occured they advised they will escalate and contact me within an hour. a few hours went by i had contacted the call centre again another agent said she had lodged and urgency appeal and awaiting approval for it to be delivered today and will cotact me within an hour. few hours went by still no response so i contacted again and spoke to a guy who advised that he spoke to back office if i am available between 5 and 6 pm so they can deliver todaqy before i leave i advised yes he said delivery will be done between 5 and 6 pm. i had contacted after a while because i saw that the closing hour is 5pm and spoke to Lendi in back office who advised she will be checking up and whilst on the call with her i recieved a call from sibusiso who asked if i met the courier yet i said no he said he just confirmed delivery is on the way i said okay. i advised lendi what sibusisio had advised she said she will speak to the manager and find out which courier driver they m ade arrangement with and contact me back in a few minutes. she had not contacted me back and my parcel has still not been delivered they are ****s and made a fool out of me, now i have to purspone my trip due to the neglience and lies of SIBUSISO AND LENDI AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF CCD COURIERS PATHETIC SERVICE AND FULL OF BUNCH OF ****S. They even answer and drop calls numerously unprofessional and con artists.
I went and ordered supper from pizza hut pavilion the cashier said order will take 10- 15 minutes, my order was only recieved half an hour later whilst people that came after me got their orders before me. When my order came and sat with family to eat there were roaches in the pizza me being hungry ended up angry and went back to the manager he started to be aggressive stating I should not put a show it's only a roach and I am over reacting no sorry or anything and they started to act a bit ****** to me where the managers friend threaten me and said he will hit me in front of my family because I said I came with my family for supper not to eat roaches and I'm going to lay a complaint. I am dissatisfied and it is not acceptable the way the manager and cashier handled it. They refused to give me any contact for higher management and where I can complain.
Purchased a sunbeam kettle from game store pavillion branch in March and now it's May and the kettle rusted on the inside and stopped working. Tried contacting the store and they don't answer
I was supposed to take delivery of parcel on 24th February as the sender had booked for same day delivery. by 15:00 I see the parcel was not delivered so i had contacted the call center whom had advised the parcel is out for delivery but she wants to check with the operations manager. she spoke to operations manager whom advised that the parcel cannot be traced they are trying to locate it. i advised that is not my problem as the parcel needs to be delivered today. she then said she will call back with a further update. she had called back to state the parcel as been located but however can only be delivered the next morning by 8;00am i had advised i need that parcel urgently hence that is why it was booked on same day delivery. she said she would escalate it to the operations manager and he will call me back. around 17:00 i get a call from the driver whom stated that he cannot deliver today he can only deliver by 08:00 on the 25/02/2025. he put the blame on management and said he will not get paid overtime to deliver my parcel and its a tidious process i advised i am not happy i will need the delivery today he sai okay he will confirm by what time he will deliver today. he then contacted the sender and said i am being difficult and there is an issue even though parcel was booked for same day delivery he can only deliver by 08:00am. the sender had contacted me i advised the reasons as to why i need that delivery today. she explained and begged me to please give the driver a chance he will deliver by 08:00am on the 25/02/2025. 08:00am came no parcel delivery attempted to contact the driver and he kept declining my call. I had contacted the call center whom said they will contact the driver and put me on hold whilst they contacted the driver and he said he will be there between 08:30 -09:00. it is now 09:35 I had still not received parcel I have been on the call with the call Centre where I spoke to Mpho who contacted the driver who said he will be here within 15 minutes, we waited on call whilst trying to reach Marco the operations manager whom was difficult to reach she said he is very busy and cannot get a hold of him. the driver still had not come with the parcel and he has been wasting my time and disrespecting me and my time. Mpho then advised that she had gotten hold of Marco however he stated he was busy finishing up something and will give me a call shortly. i still await the call of marco the operations manager... the operations manager had not called me yet, at 09:42 i recieved a call from the driver whom was rude and spoke in an arrogant way to say its the courier guy am outside now come. but in a rude tone. i had asked why is he speaking to me in abrupt way when he is at fault. he is like i am sorry just upset that head office called me. when i had went down i had asked where is the guy that spoke to me yesterday and said by 08:00 he will be here, he said the driver is working in another area he is just helping that guy out by doing my delivery. Marco has not contacted me yet.
