Disgraceful service

I had a loan with this company every month they would call me to as if I want to take another one and so I did, lockdown happened and I was under the impression they giving me a grace period on payment. no phone calls no communication, one can't get hold of them - so they decided to hand me over to the lawyers and placed me on ITC listing and it's not like there wasn't any money in my account every month. I wouldn't recommend any one to take a loan with them I was an agent as well and for every successful application I would get my share - LOL that never happened the only thing I got was a bad credit rating and a lawyer
