really really bad service
have another phone that was paid up months ago and now they ****** suspended this phone as well i don't owe them anything on this one the contract was paid up it's been a year now. this is the second time they are doing this to me. how they can they block a phone that is no longer on contract. second time this month and you get no response from the WhatsApp or call center- pathetic services

i have an existing contract with intellicell which payment was due on the 1st, they suspended the cell services which is fair but i have another phone that was paid up months ago and now they ****** suspended this phone as well i don't owe them anything on this one the contract was paid up it's been a year now. this is the second time they are doing this to me. how they can they block a phone that is no longer on contract. this is the worst company ever

Bad service
So we start again no payment was made as I was told on email due to the 6 disconnections last month they giving me a month free. And yet this morning I get disconnected again. This isn't a service it's a disgrace. Kindly note that we tried to contact you however your line went to voicemail. We do acknowledge the ongoing issue with your services being disconnected and the payment of R 190 not reflecting on your account. We unfortunately couldn't allocate this payment since it was paid into an incorrect account number not belonging to Multichoice and request that you visit your bank to reverse the payment from their side. As a result, we have reconnected services and reversed all reconnection fees. Furthermore as compensation for the inconvenience, we will give you a free 1 month subscription (Access package) for the month of March 2023. We do apologise for the experience and inconvenience caused. Kind regards, DStv Hello Peter Team

terrible service
6th time this month, never was there a problem with my payment towards them now all off a sudden. if the banking has changed inform your clients respectfully so they wont go through the same **** as me.

getting even worse
a so over the pathetic service am getting from dstv AGAIN my Services are suspended, twice i was told that they are allocating payment and then i get suspended - WOW 5TH TIME THIS MONTH. YOU SURE AS HELL KNOW HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SATISFIED

dstv sucks
DSTV I won't recommend to anyone services has escalated to the worst low, you may pay your subscription on time or even before and guess what in one month they will cut your service three times and still expect you to pay reconnection fees. well, am going to my bank in the morning and reversing payment as I've received no service at all.

I logged a query that's been escalating since last year, this case went cold I've had no response since November am absolutely disgusted by the service provided and this is costing me i need my query to be sorted.

WORST SERVICE EVER
Alexander forbes are useless at sorting my query for now i must send them information to their mess up am not getting the satisfaction needed and they not sorting my actual query. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS I WAS WRONGFULLY TAXED AND THEY F***KED UP!!!!
