CTI **** MEMBERSHIP THAT DOESNT BENEFIT THERE CUSTOMERS

My husband and I were invited to come and listen to their briefing they held at Stonehaven. And loved the idea when we heard about it as we travel alot and thought this could benefit us. So we joined immedatley. After joining the membership we started planning our domestic trip to cape town. So we sent emails that they should check accommodation in the SEA POINT. When thye came back with what they had everything was way out of what we asked for so we decided to put it on hold and try the MSC which seemed like they have better prices on. So we got a quote from CTI got a quote of R20k including insurance called MSC got a quote of R19k including insurance and bonus packages. I honestly want a refund back as this services isnt beneficial as it seemed like its more a ******* theres no benefits to this scheme. Kindly assist me I asked them to cancel this membership and all i got was an email no confirmation of cancellation and refund. Very unhappy with this service all I want is to cancel this and get the refund back
