Be really careful when you rent a house from these people . They have friends that owns houses and they are not prepared to declare anything to you and that's against the national protection act .

We had electrical surges in the house that caused us a lot of damage and we had to replace them after numerous attempts and requested them to sort it out . And no its not from load shedding, it was literarily a short in the house because they use backyard electricians .

We had more then 4 floods in the house because the owner decided to build his own drainage system that failed us numerous times and caused damage to our belongings .Do you think they will replace that ?? Think again . They really are rude and unprofessional . I had to move my family to a safe place and we were really fed up with the inconvenience on maintenance . Be really careful if you are thinking to do business with them especially the owner and his wife that has no respect at all. Move on guys there is other agencies in the market . Thanks
