On Sep 30, 2019, 9:58 PM I entered my request to the council (in writing) for revising my water account due to the water-line broken inside the meter box. A LOT OF WATER WAS WASTED TILL THE METER WAS REPLACED. Seems they want to keep me responsible for the water spillages!! The "silent treatment" is not accepted to me.
The council didn't even bother to reply/answer my email - since now!! I think they do not even deserve a 1 star (can you please make room in your ratings for NO star)
